ezgif.com-cropHi, thank you for looking into this page. I guess you are wondering, who the bookowly is, right? Well, she is a 26 year old named Klinta, who still feels like a child for most of the time. She works in web design and development although studied education and history, she lives in London, but most importantly… she loves reading.

Klinta wants to discuss, inspire people to read, train and exercise her mind and believe that we all will get our happy endings inside and outside book world.

Do not hesitate to add her on goodreadstwitter and instagram and, well, of course follow the blog, which gets updated every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (with some lazy moments time after time).

Review Policy

What books do I review?

If you are an author, publisher or publicist who would like me to review your book, I am accepting variety of genres for review, mostly young adult, new adult, adult, mystery, children, and some graphic novels. You can contact me at: bookishklinta@gmail.com. Please note that I do not consider requests that are sent to me via comment or tweet, I only consider requests made via email.

I accept ARCs and finished copies (not work in progress), and also e-books (in epub or mobi format), but I do not accept pdf format or audio books. If the book is part of a series, I will only consider it, if the publisher contacts me about it, not the author himself and then I may also need prequels to it. While I do accept e-books, I do prefer physical copies of books.

I will always try my best to write genuine review, whether it be negative or positive, I will always give my honest opinion on the book and will read the book within a month from the moment I have received a copy (after I have approved that I will read and review it). If I haven’t done so, feel free to send me a reminder email.

Keep in mind that I won’t accept all requests, I will go through the requests I have received and, if I won’t be interested in your book, I will decline your request. I’ll try my best to reply to the request I’m declining, but, if I don’t, please consider it a ‘no’. I might still contact you later about the book, in case I was too busy and have found a moment to read the title.

I do accept books as gifts, but that does not guarantee that I will review the book or read as soon as I receive it.

How to request?

When requesting, please include in your email, release date, summary of the story, format of the book you would be sending, time frame for the review and ISBN. Do not include the book itself and note that you can expect a review only if you have received a clear approval from my side.

For an example review you can check one of my reviews on this blog in the section for ‘reviews’. I include general information about the book and author, cover from amazon (if available), my thoughts, praises and critique as well as a rating in maximum five stars.

Thank you for being considerate and reading my policy before sending me a book!
